After doing the clean me process with the Solis Grind & Infuse Pro 115/A appointed cleaning tablets, my coffee machine doesn’t put water through the portafilter only directly in the dripping tray. Also, (as a result) there is no pressure on the pressure gauge. All buttons work fine and the installation guide and internet fora have so far been of no use unfortunately. If I press the single or double shot without a portafilter/pistol in the machine there is some water coming through but not a lot.
I know it must be a direct result of the clean me process steps (hold single and double shot and then press the power button for 3 seconds – after 5 minutes it gave me 2 or 3 bleeps) and therefore there must hopefully be a relatively simple answer (such as removing it from a certain mode or to reset is. Could anyone please assist?

2Wow, ok, there is not a lot of information, besides the manual. Google does not cough up any procedure to reset this machine. Have you tried turning it off, and when turned on again, running the whole button configuration for a cleaning again?
It sounds corny, but for a lot of electronic equipment it is the way to go, more often than not.
Success, I do hope you find a way.
The only other option is contacting an official (re)seller and explain your problem, maybe they know an easy way out.
This lack of information, and the propriety parts (thus hard to find (if at all) and expensive) make this a brand most of us here would shun.
But I know for a fact some of us have one or another machine by this brand, so maybe you strike pay-dirt soon

3Have you tried to take off your shower screen? Simply dismantle it by unscrewing the bolt in the middle with a flat screwdriver, and check the 4 small holes inside the screw(your water is pumped through them when brewing)

I have a Sage Barista Touch, but I think the mechanical build of the machine you have is more or less the same as mine.

4Given that there's no pressure building, the problem is probably somewhere "earlier" in the system. Is the water that leaks into the driptray hot? Does the machine sound normal?
