honestly i tend to try all kind of coffee.
I do prefer Guatemala and Panama & some times I go with light jucy sud american coffees.
I hope to be able to roast my beans in house soon.

Hi Mihai, I can't find too much info on the Dalla Corte, do they already have an upgrade for pressure profiling?
It seems like a beautiful machine to me.
I am using the Madrugador coffee from Cafe du jour, this is a good address in Holland to buy fresh coffee for a good price.

Well this is an entire discussion. Dalla Corte released a few updates for pressure profiling for the other machine they have - Mina.
For Studio there is no such think. indeed there is a preinfusion happening if you connect the machine to the water system, if you use the tank then...there is no such option. However a friend of mine posted a nice review on home-barista: https://www.home-barista.com/espresso-m ... 63175.html
What can I say about Studio is just the thermal stability: Rock solid

Amsterdam is full of small and dedicated roasteries so there's a lot to discover

Ordering online is also an option. There is a list of roasters on the forum but I can't seem to find that now.

There is also this recent list:

I myself roast for a small circle of friends and family, so get in touch if you'd wish to try that but basically there's a ton of places to find freshly roasted beans in town.
