Dat is niet best. Maar indien aangeschaft bij een goede zaak / service in de buurt, moet zoiets snel zijn te verhelpen. Hij vervangt de machine of fikst 'm waar je bijstaat. Zitten geen moeilijk verkrijgbare TESLA besturingscomputerchips in

Dat kan toch gewoon een Thermosyphon Stall. Gebeurt wel meer met machines. Heb het filmpje niet gekeken!

Het schijnt niet een incindentele fout te zijn, maar een productiefout in alle Puristika apparaten die ECM gaat herstellen in een volgende update.

Dat de machine pas opwarmt pas nadat er eerst een hendel bediend werd? Met schakelklok aanzetten heeft dan geen zin.

The only thing that has been a downside, is that there is a general technical flaw where air gets into the system and group head doesn't get heated up, until you activate the pump. If you start the machine with a smart plug, sometimes the group head is cold, even after 30-60'. Then you need to pull the lever, water starts to flow and then it will heat up.
It has already been addressed with ECM and they're already working on a solution to get it fixed.

Our machines are good machines and they work well (your first machine would have worked the same as the one you have now if the lever switch had been adjusted well or replaced). They allow to work at 8.5 to 13 bars. They allow to work in a wide range of temperatures. They allow to install a flow regulator. Everything’s okay. You have bought a good machine if you don’t want milk in your cafe. And all in an incredibly compact size!
Finally, our machines have, in my opinion, a small design error, which only affects the fact that the machine is turned on with a timer. The machine absorbs a small amount of air that makes the thermosyphon not circulate by itself if you do not activate the pump to eliminate that air when turning on the machine.
That’s it! If you activate the pump for 2 seconds when starting the machine, the machine works perfectly.
I am trying to talk to my salesperson and ECM to try to fix that little design error. I’ll keep you informed.
