Almost two months have passed since the last update. Fine-tuning the high-pressure valve is a tedious task that requires repeated changes and testing of the overall structure and individual parts. We are sorry that we cannot account for every minor change during this period. As mentioned in the last update, we addressed the stability and reliability deficiencies by changing the structural design and some of the materials. After that, we did a lot of fine-tuning to optimize the pressurization rate control of the valve.


Until the end of last month, the new valve had met the requirements for normal use, so we conducted a small batch of trial production. So far there are twenty-one domestic customers using this new valve, and we will be replacing it for more customers. We are also collecting feedback from these users to optimize it as much as possible before shipping overseas orders.


We will ship to each region according to the production situation. In the trial batch, we suffered from low yield rates for certain key components, so we expect it will take some time to improve the yields in the next production. And with the Chinese New Year approaching, our suppliers will start to leave for the holiday soon. Hopefully, the orders from Hong Kong and Macau will be shipped before the Chinese New Year, and the ones from Taiwan will be shipped by mid-February. As for the rest regions, we may have to wait until after the Chinese New Year to confirm the shipping schedule depending on the progress of yield improvement. In general, we expect to fulfill all the orders by late March.


In addition, we have also started working on the development of the refillable kit. We will design another gas container similar in shape to the existing gas charger holder with integrated connection devices. It will be a simple solution for anyone to use, just screw this container into the Xbar instead of the existing gas charger holder, connect it with your external CO2 cylinder or any high-pressure gas source, open the cylinder, wait for a few seconds, close the cylinder, disconnect, and done. No advanced technical knowledge needed. The gas is stored in the machine, just like using the 8-gram gas charger. We expect to show the first demo in mid-February. For the moment, however, we have not been able to determine the launch time.


Thank you for your patience and support for most of the past year, which allowed us to realize the concept of Xbar. We met a lot of difficulties last year, and we have been learning from our experience and making improvements. We hope to get the product into your hands as soon as possible. New year, new start.
