if you have like a bbq meat temp gage or for milk froting, you can measure the water temp in the cup and count the seconds howlong it takes to get the temp you want

mm, soooo, i've done a bit of upgrade.
now my espresso and flat-whites come from a La Marzocco Linea 1EE.
