Hoe zit dat voor Nederland Niche Zero

Niche Zero - Not a honest company
The standard VAT rate in UK is 20%. This means that when we order a item from UK, the VAT should be deducted from the price, and added when the item reach the boarder to the destination country. This is standard. Niche, however, refuse to deduct the VAT from the price, telling "it's the price". This means one of two options:
A) Customers abroad pay 20% VAT both in UK and In their own country, which in my case means every customer abroad pay a lot more than necessary, due to Niche don't care.
B) Niche takes the money themselves, which means they charge customers abroad 20% more than UK customers, but are not honest about it, so it is illegal practice.
This is borderline not acceptable in any case, for any business.
