has someone on here a La Scala Butterfly machine?
i need some advice, please.

two days ago i've upgraded from a PID Rancilio Silvia to La Scala Butterfly, 2004 model, 1.5l boiler with 0.25l HX.
okay.
first shot was pretty good, joy and happiness.
now other shots for these 2 days, i don't know why, are complete disaster.
they are very sour/no crema. even i let machine warm for an hour.
i do the cooling flush. it takes ~17seconds and then the water stream stops fot 1-2 seconds at all, then it goes steady.
it is normal behavior? should i stop the flush at 17 seconds mark, when the water stops and then put the portafilter and get my extraction?
